EOY 2022

This post consists of two images: scans of our 2022 end-of-year card. I have used alt-text fields to describe the photographs and transcribe any text for accessibility purposes. Screen readers should correctly handle this, but if you encounter issues or have feedback, email me at [email protected].

Front of card.
[Photos, clockwise from top left: Tegan, standing on the Militant Mothers of Raymur bridge, in front of a sunset; Tegan, in her bed, paws near her face looking coquettish; Tegan, paws bent backwards at the wrists, in our backyard; Hampton, Tegan, and Gary, smiling in front of a Sunshine Coast ocean fjord.]
Grateful through it all. Gary, Hampton, & Tegan.
Back of card.
We each chose a word to guide our 2022. Embody (H) & Abundance (G) This year was overflowing with opportunities to experience both! From hang gliding a mile high, to celebrating Gary's 30th...from high-fiving a tarantula, to reveling in our first Vancouver Pride.
[Photos, clockwise from top right: Gary and Hampton smiling, with the Currituck Lighthouse in North Carolina's Outer Banks behind; Hampton kissing Tegan's forehead in our car in Victoria, British Columbia; Gary's friends Julia, Liam, Christine, Michael, and Gary, holding Eggslut sandwiches in Las Vegas; Hampton, Tegan, and Gary, smiling in front of fall colours; Gary, whistling and painting from a photo of Tegan; Hampton's friend Evan and Hampton, smiling as Hampton is about to go hang-gliding for the first time.]
This card says it best - flip it over and proclaim it aloud! What a joy it was to spend time with so many of you this year! We hope to see even more of you in the year to come. May your season be merry and bright, and may your 2023 embody abundance.
